August 22, 2008 was a very sad day for the family and friends of Jason Skrasek. Jason died in a car wreck that night.

Jason was the secretary of the Fort Worth Thunderbirds and he will be greatly missed by all.

The Fort Worth Thunderbirds will host the Jason Skrasek Memorial Fly-In beginning at 9:00 AM Sunday, September 7, 2008 at Thunderbird Field.

The landing fee will be $10.00 and donations over that amount will be greatly appreciated.

All of the funds collected will be deposited in Blake Skrasek’s college fund. Blake is Jason’s young nephew and Jason was a father figure to Blake.

Bring your own refreshments so that 100% of the proceeds can be donated.

If you don't plan to fly then come anyway and support this very worthy cause.

Lets make this the event the largest that we have had.

Have you taken photos during a Thunderbird event? We want your photos. Please create a CD and bring them to the next meeting and hand them to the webmaster Raymond Cervantes. If you have many diffrent events create diffrent folders with a year and event name so we put them in the proper place on the server.
