So you want to be a member?
Here are a few things you will need to know before proceeding to the application page. All Fort Worth Thunderbird Club members are required to have an AMA membership. If you don't have one please visit our Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) page here for more information. You are also required to have this membership if you are not a Fort Worth Thunderbird, but wish to visit us and fly at our field.

Our Treasurer, Bob Hoover, has instructed... "we must have an executed membership application regardless of payment method and whether filing on line or by mail and AMA membership is required prior to joining the Fort Worth Thunderbirds."
